I had no intention of pushing the architectural work onto a student-- that's 
our job. The idea would be to have a good design already in hand before 
advertising the project idea. The project would be to implement the design. 
Certainly there would be unexpected twists and turns, but to me that just 
implies a need for an older student. E.g. I've had great luck with master's 
students for this kind of work on other projects.
