Should have dne this ages ago - it's just final wiring foo.
The code for TIM is done:
https://github.com/afs/jena/tree/promotion
TDB and TDB2 are broken as the tests have been updated and they haven't.
The interface change is in DatasetGraph.begin.
Java enums are annoying. No inheritance!
