Look for "extends TestCase".
There are only a few left.
The dynamic manifest ones do not fit well into JUnit4 - I seem to remember it
was much messier to do in Junit4 and not worth migrating (Junit3 is inside
Junit4 for a reason!). I (probably) have the code somewhere ...
