changing to minor status as the problem is an incorrectly implemented 3rd party
SAX parser.
There is a potential work around by using:
{{System.setProperty( XMLInputFactory.class.getName() ,
"com.sun.xml.internal.stream.XMLInputFactoryImpl" );}}

Question remains, should we work around the defect?
