Description:
The dynamic datasets tests can be updated to include the explicitly named union
and default graph cases,
Add some coverage to {{AbstractTestDynamicDataset}}.
Enable {{TestDynamicDatasetMem}}.
Avoid the (implicit) union graph including an explicitly named union graph in
{{DynamicDatasets}}.
