Andy Seaborne resolved JENA-1137.

Resolution: Fixed
Fuseki and QueryEngineBase both treat FROM/FROM NAMED consistently for all
datasets nowadays.
Anyone - please add comments if current (Jena 3.9.0 or later) behaviour is not
as expected.
