This is not critical for us. We run the main Skosmos test suite using the
latest Fuseki release (3.9.0 currently) but also run one build with the latest
snapshot, which is marked as "allowed to fail" in Travis. So even though the
build with the snapshot fails currently, it's not breaking the whole build. Up
to you if you want to revert or not.
