I've updated the Jenkins jobs (for the new git location) and started a
deploy build which picks up this commit.

I wonder if other custom analyzers we have in jena-text, eg
ConfigurableAnalyzer, need a similar fix? I can check tomorrow.
I will also rerun the Skosmos tests when there is a new snapshot build of
Fuseki available.
