Many of the artifacts that are part of jena-db contain duplicate values for the
Automatic-Module-Name manifest headers. The problematic modules are:
* jena-dboe-base
* jena-dboe-index
* jena-dboe-index-test
* jena-dboe-transation
* jena-dboe-trans-data
All of these contain the same value for Automatic-Module-Name:
org.apache.jena.dboe
Instead, they should each advertise a unique module name.
