Andy are you still working on this? I am getting

14:27:22 ERROR BindingTDB                :: get1(?x)
org.apache.jena.tdb.TDBException: No node in NodeTable for NodeId
[000000019CBA73C0]

for simple "SELECT count(?x) WHERE{ ?x ?y ?z }" on a TDB with Jena 3.13 and
jdk12.0.1 .

I have switched to TDB2 for now which seems to work fine. Is it time to
retire TDB1?
