Fix For: Jena 3.13.0
Similar to JENA-1635, the Automatic-Module-Name metadata for the two new
geosparql modules contains invalid names. Hyphens are not allowed here.
The fix is to rename
org.apache.jena.jena-fuseki-geosparql to org.apache.jena.fuseki.geosparql
and
org.apache.jena.jena-geosparql to org.apache.jena.geosparql
