[~andy] [https://github.com/apache/jena/releases] are tagged in git, correct?
This is how it works on Docker Hub:
* we create a {{jena-fuseki}} repository under {{apache}}
* we connect it to [https://github.com/apache/jena] and point to the
{{Dockerfile}}
* we configure an automate build to be triggered by a new tag on {{master}}
branch
* the image is auto-built using 2 rules: with the version tag as well as the
{{latest}} tag
