There are a lot more examples that just those. There are 35 in
jena-arq/src-examples and 19 in jena-core/src-examples. There are also the
tutorial files.
Let's leave SDB examples alone.
The destination is {{org.apache.jena.examples/_name_/...}}?

The good way to make examples findable by users would be to create a page in
the documentation.
The documentation links to files in git and these links must be fixed in the
reorganisation.
To automate:
* jena-examples in the build
* configured so that it does not produce an artifact by skipping "install" and
"deploy" steps.
then the nightly build will notice and the version number is automatically
maintained during the release process.
