Apache Jena uses {{Sytem.err.print*}} (e.g. {{ParserSPARQL11#perform}}) outside 
of testcases, cmd tools, and examples. This makes it hard to control the output 
of software using the Jena libraries. I recommend to consistently replace them 
with appropriated {{Log.info}}, {{Log.warn}}, or {{Log.error}} calls.
