What's the error?
Are you behind a firewall?
e.g. "maven-checkstyle-plugin" exists:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-checkstyle-plugin/2.17/
org.apache.jena.ext.com.google.common.cache -- the build will create ("mvn
install") it but all artifacts are available in maven central.
