Description:
{{RDFDataMgr}} has had deprecations on many operations, those best done via
{{RDFParser}} for multiple argument setups.
Clean these up for Jena 4.0.0.
(Some remain e.g {{java.io.Reader}} is not recommended because of character set
issues)
Only remove ones that have been deprecated for several versions.
