The [RDF-star|https://w3c.github.io/rdf-star/] community has published a
working draft that reflects the direction the working is taking.
There is a [test suite|https://github.com/w3c/rdf-star/tree/main/tests] to back
up the driection and design.
This ticket is to bring the current partial RDF* support in Jena to be inline
with the RDF-star.
("RDF*" is the name used for the original work. "RDF-star" is the work of the
community.)
Queries involving embedded triple terms will change to match the RDF-star work.
There is no change to on-disk data structures.
