{{Endpoint}} and {{DataService}} has a mix of getters and setters. In Fuseki
nowadays, there is a construction phase and a usage phase. There are no
modifications during the usage phase; modification of a {{DataService}} should
be by creating a new one so in-progress requests are not affected.
The builder pattern enforces this and will help with being able to reload the
configuration while the server is running.
