[~kqian], I just checked the install script from Homebrew:

After comparing it with the recent Fuseki archive, it seems that the script is
missing to copy the {{log4j2.properties}} file in the L30-L32 code block. I am
not sure who is the maintainer for the Homebrew Formula script.
