image applies to the situation with an unaltered shiro.ini Once changes are made to the shiro.ini I can execute the admin functions. it's just the timing of the login prompt has changed. It is now activated at the first call of an admin function. The login prompt used to be called at load time of the dashboard.
It may be intentional.
