The SNAPSHOT build is now up to date.

The Jenkins jobs are behaving erratically - they have jumped to taking much longer and things are timing out. They are also spending much longer waiting to be run (11 hours in one case!) so it looks to me if the hardware is overloaded.

The github actions are taking the usual length of time.

All the items that are critical to a major version release are done so I think we can release Jena 6.0.0

RDF 1.2 work is not finished.

(RCs in the past have had very limited feedback.)

== Jena 6

* Reloading TDB2 advised
* Reload spatial indexes (upgrade to Kryo5)
* Minimum java version: Java 21

* Code deprecation removal
* Lucene update to 10.* (this requires Java21+)
* Switch to jena-iri3986 as the IRI parser; retire jena-iri
* Retire the Fuseki WAR file
* More deprecation of TDB1 but not for removal at Jena 6.0.0.
* Remove ARQ initial bindings
* modules retired
