RDF 1.2 is now covered - there are still a few things to do but
RDF syntax (Turtle, RDF/XML, N-Triples, Trig, N-Quads, binary formats)
and processing with SPARQL are done. SPARQL query/update and result formats handle RDF 1.2 features.

A "preliminary, complete implementation".

RRX RDF/XML has been brought up-to-date with RDF 1.2 features as has the RDF/XML writers (plain, and pretty)
(ARP1 is left alone.)

The working group has not finished yet some there may be small changes; for example, strict compliance and error conditions in RDF/XML aren't settled yet.

Protocol "&version=" and controlling the printing of VERSION (a new Turtle directive) are not done.

Pretty printing in Turtle isn't done. Output is correct - it is the right triples - but not pretty.

Support for RDF 1.2 in JSON-LD - there is a JSON-LD working group now operating which includes support for RDF 1.,2 features in its charter.

Non-W3C spec languages are not done - TriX, RDF/JSON.
