I'm currently working on code to set up the key store in ProxyControl, rather than waiting until an SSL request is detected. This should speed up the proxy recording, as well as allowing domain keys and creating the CRT file before recording starts.
As a result, the Proxy and ProxyControl classes are likely to change significantly, so please leave any additional fixes until the work is done.
