JMeterProperty#recoverRunningVersion

Hi all,

in the method JMeterProperty#recoverRunningVersion(TestElement) it is 
unclear to me, what the parameter is meant to be used for.

It seems to get ignored in the implementing classes and many of the 
callers use null.
