The issue is on:

(check the build.xml anakia task version before your "new website" commit)
Don't commit, I will fix them.
The anakia task could do the whole site in one command. The xslt will
not be able to do subdirs and have to be called for each subdir. That
stems from the fact, that the links have to be relative. Thus the
introduction of the new param relative-path.
