Perhaps try adding another set of bindings like:

    public static final KeyStroke CTRL_SHIFT_0   =
KeyStroke.getKeyStroke(KeyEvent.VK_0, CONTROL_MASK |
InputEvent.SHIFT_DOWN_MASK);

and see if that helps
