If you want to make h2 look smaller, than that should be done using css not
with a structural change.
I want have different size between ch_title and ch_category "velocity
style" (without reduce ch_category style), the way h2->h3 seems the
easiest for me, but if they have a elegant way with css style, you can
revert/change my changes.
