JMeter's purpose is to be integrated with various plugins, so exposing
extra core dependencies is not that good.
I'm not sure if we could use OSGi-like approach so "JMeter core" and
"plugins" could use different versions of the same library.
That might be good in a long run, however it is not implemented AFAIK.
