J2EE Servers and having "Use as Monitor" has nothing generic and is

specific to this feature.
Unless there is a NOGO I'll be commiting the drop tomorrow.
Wouldn't it be nicer to mark them as deprecated and remove them in the
next version?
To be honest, I have never used those features and probably will not do
it in the future.
