JMeter cmd files

Hi,

In a lot of bin/*.cmd file, we can read:

"Sorry, this command file requires Windows NT/ 2000 / XP"


Is this file need to be updated or deleted?

e.g.
https://github.com/apache/jmeter/blob/trunk/bin/jmeter-t.cmd
