I've added GitHub Actions configuration to JMeter repository. It enables us to test Windows and macOS platforms. I've added Appveyor recently for Windows testing, however, in practice queueing time is extremely high there (one can wait a couple of hours before the build even starts) GitHub Actions seem to start much faster, however, the jitter is high, so time-sensitive tests often fail there.
