Groovy 4.0 in JMeter

Hi Team,

Will Groovy 4.0 be shipped in the next iteration of JMeter? Groovy 4.0
comes with Switch expression, TOML (incubation phase) and more.

I can work on this PR, if I get the opportunity. Please clarify. Thanks!
