CC0 should be allowed. It looks like a bug in the license-gather plugin if
it marks CC0 as unknown.

They have #3 which requires an explicit mention in the documentation
or in the "third-party acknowledgments" screen:
"This product includes software developed by the Indiana
University Extreme! Lab. For further information please visit
http://www.extreme.indiana.edu/";
