It is not yet started, but you can render the page for yourself :)

$ ./gradlew previewSite

and then open ./src/dist/build/site/changes.html

NOTICE is highly sensitive to "legal stuff", so I would refrain from
modifying NOTICE unless there's an explicit need to do that.
In the long-term, it would be great if we could replace the dependency

with

something less legal-confusing :)
