sqageek opened a new issue, #5784:
URL: https://github.com/apache/jmeter/issues/5784

   ### Expected behavior

Description: The run was expected to complete within an hour, but it did
not. Even though users were online, no data was being populated into the Influx
or Prometheus databases. This issue was also observed from the CLI. As a
result, I had to abort the run.

Expected Result: The data should be populated into the Influx and Prometheus
databases as expected, and the process should complete within the specified
time frame.

   ### Actual behavior

Actual Result: Despite users being online, no data was being populated into
the databases, indicating that the process was still ongoing.

   ### Steps to reproduce the problem

   1. Run the process.
   2. Check the Influx and Prometheus databases for data population.
   3. Observe the process via the CLI.
