[I] Tearing with 240HZ screen [jmeter]

   There is some problems while using a 240HZ screen.The scene is torn apart 
which is depressing==_==

   ### Steps to reproduce the problem
   
   By using a 240HZ screen there is torn screens while using 75HZ there is not ;
   
   ### JMeter Version
   
   5.6.2
   
   ### Java Version
   
   openjdk version "17"
   
   ### OS Version
   
   windows 11.22621.2715
