   ### Expected behavior

When resizing the JMeter window to a smaller size, I expect the content to
wrap or adjust dynamically so that all fields remain visible, regardless of the
window size.

   ### Actual behavior

When the JMeter window is resized to a smaller size, the content does not
wrap, causing the right-hand side fields, such as the "Port Number" in the HTTP
Request Sampler, to become obscured. The window must be resized to a larger
size to make these fields visible again.

   **Before Resizing the Window:**
"This image shows the JMeter window before resizing. All fields, including
the 'Port Number' field in the HTTP Request Sampler, are fully visible."

   **After Resizing the Window:**
This image shows the JMeter window after resizing to a smaller size. The
'Port Number' field in the HTTP Request Sampler is now obscured and not visible.

   ### Steps to reproduce the problem

   1. Open JMeter and navigate to the HTTP Request Sampler.
   2. Resize the main window to a smaller size.
   3. Observe that the "Port Number" field and other right-hand side content
become obscured and do not wrap or adjust to fit the smaller window size.

   1.8.0_333
