Which is from 5000 to 2000. But then, it always show that the active users only till 984 users, when it should be 2000 active users. I've tried to check the load in my jmeter-[server](https://moodle.org/mod/glossary/showentry.php?eid=30&displayformat=dictionary) and my app server. The load is low.
