2 new jsonb config properties either String then a newInstance() will be used
or a direct AccessMode instance:
- johnzon.accessMode: the access mode replacing jsonb one completely
- johnzon.accessModeDelegate: just replaces the FieldAndMethodAccessMode one by
a custom one behind jsonb reflection model
