[VOTE] Release Apache Johnzon-1.1.5

Hi folks!

I've rolled a new Johnzon release.

Johnzon-1.1.5 is a JSON-P_1.1/JSON-B_1-0 maintenance release.
The following bugs and features got implemented:

Bug

        • [JOHNZON-56] - Problem mapping generic type T parameter
        • [JOHNZON-138] - JsonArray support is missing for ObjectConverter
        • [JOHNZON-139] - JohnzonJsonParser + Wrapper do not implement the new 
JSON-P-1.1 features
        • [JOHNZON-140] - JsonObjectBuilder must not clear the internal state 
on build()
        • [JOHNZON-142] - Mapper should ignore final fields
        • [JOHNZON-143] - control deduplicateObjects per Annotation
        • [JOHNZON-144] - Using a @JohnzonConverter with Jsonb leads to an 
Exception
Improvement

        • [JOHNZON-77] - support ObjectConverter in @JohnzonConverter
New Feature

        • [JOHNZON-145] - Improve FallbackConverter error reporting
