Incuding a class in the form 'com.foo.bar.MyOuterClass::MyInnerClass' appears
to be broken after Bill's latest landing. I noticed this problem manifest
itself in jrbuilder. I am not blocking this for 0.9.9. Unless someone comes
up with a patch in the next hour or so; or has a compelling reason why we need
this.
