Active Scaffold RC2 does not work with JRuby

As reported in mailinglist, I tried jruby script/server on one of my new
(small) projects. Quite fast startup.
Frontpage works, but when I try one of my administration pages using "Active
Scaffold" RC2 (http://activescaffold.com/) I get this error:
"undefined method `initialize_copy' for
#<ActiveScaffold::DataStructures::Actions:0xcb800f
@set=[:create, :list, :search, :update, :delete, :show, :nested, :subform]>
