We are warning for some situations where no warnings should be emitted. This
isn't really a problem with the warning code, but rather that something gets
defined in the wrong place, for some reason. I'm investigating.
A small testcase:
require 'rubygems'
require 'action_mailer'
require 'racc/parser'
