Debugger stops a lot of time when debugging Rails

Try to run {{jruby -rdebug script/server}}. The application is suspended
relatively often until it starts up. There are similar problems with CRuby as
well. Not sure if it is worth to fixing it. Classic Debugger are not really
adequate for Rails debugging anyway. Probably better to spend resources on
jruby-debug then this.
I will join you with both, fixing this issue as well as jruby-debug as we
talked about on mailing lists. Just for tracking purposes and place for
possible discussion.
