[jruby-dev] Testing modified to test both compiled and interpreted

I modified the "test" target to run "test-interpreted" and 
"test-compiled", since we really need to test both modes now. Of course 
this makes the test run twice as long. If you want to avoid this, 
running just test-compiled is probably your best bet. Any ideas on 
speeding this up or making it lower-impact are welcome.
