There needs to be a wrapper so you can run naked framework-free JRuby code
under an application server. Marcin has one that works with 0.9.9, and I've
patched it to fix a spelling error and add a default. But the approach is not
very RESTful and kind of invades the user's URI space, so I think this could
use a little more thinking.
