Hey, Charles. It depends on where these false positives come from. The
build, or the CI tool. CC.rb is really dumb in this regard. The build
is a child process of builder, and it terminates with either zero exit
code (build passed), or non-zero exit code (build failed). End of
story.

There is Jabber (XMPP) plugin in CC.rb distro. There is also a Twitter
plugin floating around which we haven't included yet. So, IMing
shouldn't be a problem.

I'd volunteer to help setting it up and fixing anything that goes wrong.
