Fix For: JRuby 1.1.0
JRuby has lost the ability to run using only reflection to bind methods. This
does not just include JIT situations, but also affects normal non-JIT
execution. With reflection broken, there's no way to run JRuby in a
restricted-security environment, such as in an applet.
Fix for 1.1 and get a reflected test suite run turned on.
