Maybe that would make it more interesting? There's a number of places in MN where we could have the conference that would be entirely attached to hotels and downtown hot spots via the skyway system (second-story walkways throughout downtown Minneapolis).
How often do you get to say you went to a conference where the ambient outdoor temperature was -20?
