I'd really like to see more global configurability of the Java/JRuby options.
Say I want to run all of my JRuby scripts with ObjectSpace on. But for now,
baby steps. I'd like to be able to set the heap and stack sizes globally, and
the easiest patch to that effect, is to allow setting via environment
variables, that I can then put in my system profile.
